Sales Director - LATAM & Iberia
Lead our Nordic sales team in Copenhagen in driving revenue growth, executing our sales strategy, and developing long-term client relationships across the Scandinavian market.
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales Director Latam & Iberia to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s sales strategy to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term customer relationships within the Latin American and Iberian market. This role oversees the sales team, develops strategic partnerships, identifies new business opportunities, and ensures the achievement of sales targets aligned with the company’s commercial objectives. You will work as part of a collaborative, international team, creating memories that last a lifetime for our clients and their customers.
Your responsibilities:
As a Sales Director at Tour Partner Group, your key responsibilities will include:
Responsible for sales plan and budget for Latam & Iberia market
Responsible for revenue growth and profitability of the market
Prepare both short term and long term plans to protect existing business and relationships as well as grow market
Manage staff and provide guidance. Sets and follow up on sales KPIs.
Motivate team and foster a productive, high-performance and customer-focused sales culture.
Work closely with Operations Manager to ensure high quality of operations and handover
Participate in Management meetings
Manage employee life-cycle for team
Secure optimal number of staff in their department, in agreement with MD
Influence on the salary to the team
Support on developing procedures to improve efficiency.
Resolving escalations of customer complaints
Follow company’s policies and procedures.
Support other staff in TPG if necessary.
Being available also outside office hours
Your profile: Skills & Experience
We are looking for an individual with the following skills and qualifications:
Solid knowledge of the Scandinavian market and type of products with relevant experience in a Scandinavian incoming agency or similar.
Has a strong client portfolio in Latam/Iberia markets
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Financial literacy; Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
Experience in providing feedback, mentoring, and guiding team members towards success.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to lead and motivate a team.
Specific language skills may be required depending on market.
You have a high level of written and spoken English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
Good computer skills and fluency with Microsoft office package
Travel industry market & culture understanding
Extensive destination and client’s knowledge

Additional Information
High Season Period: Please note that from 1st May – 31st August, the workload may be heavier, and overtime may be required. Overtime is compensated as time off in lieu.
Work Location: This position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, with the possibility of hybrid working depending on the role.
