Marketing Specialist
Hunting for our next Marketing Specialist: craft engaging print/digital/video assets, manage assets, plan shoots, and support partnerships and events.
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen or remotely in Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing promotional assets across print, digital, and video using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, while supporting tradeshows and building partner relationships. You will work as part of a collaborative, international team, creating memories that last a lifetime for our clients and their customers. This role is a fixed-term position, project based for 1 year.
Your responsibilities:
As a Marketing Specialist at Tour Partner Group, your key responsibilities will include:
Create flyers, brochures, sales sheets and other promotional assets for trade campaigns using the full Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
Maintain a well‑organised digital asset library so the wider business can find and use approved content easily
Plan, shoot and edit videos. Build relationships with brand advocates and our partners
Curate content — have a keen eye for what makes the best photography, and source image and video content
Tradeshow support: register sales teams for tradeshows, manage digital profiles, and coordinate with teams to produce all necessary marketing materials
Design stand artwork and ensure furniture and logistics are in place
Your profile: Skills & Experience
We are looking for an individual with the following skills and qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Marketing Specialist, creating engaging campaigns
Proven track record and knowledge of video editing, including software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Ability to understand and curate high-impact social photography and video
Excellent writing and copy skills are mandatory
Native or bilingual proficiency in English is essential, additional languages are a plus

Additional Information
High Season Period: Please note that from 1st May – 31st August, the workload may be heavier, and overtime may be required. Overtime is compensated as time off in lieu.
Work Location: This position is based in Copenhagen or remotely in Denmark, with the possibility of hybrid working depending on the role.
