Sales & Operations Executive

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Sales and Operations Executive to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day operational tasks providing essential support for sales activities, client interactions, and following up on leads. You will work as part of a collaborative, international team, creating memories that last a lifetime for our clients and their customers.
Your responsibilities:
As a Sales & Operations Executive at Tour Partner Group, your key responsibilities will include:
Crafting engaging tour itineraries and packages.
Coordinating logistics and booking accommodations, transport, and activities.
To be in contact with the Tour Leader during the tour on a regular basis to make further adjustments in the program if needed and solve all problems.
To double check, get the final travel documents ready and send them to the client.
Ownership of tours and accountability for its quality and financial results
Making sure that the conditions of payment are respected.
Assessment of queries from clients, communication with clients and preparation of offers based on services demanded from the clients.
Procurement and negotiation with suppliers are important aspects of the job to be able to offer the customer the best product to the best possible price.
Aid in administrative tasks, including documentation and record-keeping for tours.
Assist with guest inquiries, providing information and support as needed.
Provide support and/or cover for other departments when needed.
Emergency phone
Occasional involvement in sales-related activities and client engagements.
Your profile: Skills & Experience
We are looking for an individual with the following skills and qualifications:
Solid knowledge of the Scandinavian market and type of products with relevant experience in a Scandinavian incoming agency or similar.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Relevant education or coursework is a plus.
Specific language skills may be required depending on market.
You have a high level of written and spoken English.
Good computer skills and fluency with Microsoft office package

Additional Information
High Season Period: Please note that from 1st May – 31st August, the workload may be heavier, and overtime may be required. Overtime is compensated as time off in lieu.
Work Location: This position is based in Denmark, Copenhagen, with the possibility of hybrid working depending on the role.
