Operations Coordinator
Join our Copenhagen team as Operations Coordinator: coordinate travel logistics, support senior staff, and deliver memorable tours with an inclusive, international group.
About the position:
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Operations Coordinator to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting senior team members, handling tour logistics and contributing to the smooth execution of travel experiences. You will work as part of a collaborative, international team, creating memories that last a lifetime for our clients and their customers.
Your responsibilities:
As an Operations Coordinator at Tour Partner Group, your key responsibilities will include:
Support senior team members in crafting engaging tour itineraries and packages.
Coordinating logistics and booking accommodations, transport, and activities etc.
To be in contact with the Tour Leader during the tour on a regular basis to make further adjustments in the program if needed and solve all problems.
To double check, get the final travel documents ready and send them to the client.
Assist with client’s inquiries, providing information and support as needed.
Monitor if payment conditions are respected, and/or that invoices are accurate and/or on time. Will report eventual delays to the DM/supervisor or TL.
Provide support and/or cover for other departments when needed.
Emergency phone
Engage in on-the-job training to understand tour operations and industry standards.
Actively participate in learning opportunities to broaden knowledge of travel logistics.
Your profile: Skills & Experience
We are looking for an individual with the following skills and qualifications:
Passion for the travel and tourism industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Relevant education or coursework is a plus.
Specific language skills may be required depending on market.
You have a high level of written and spoken English.
Good computer skills and fluency with Microsoft office package

Additional Information
High Season Period: Please note that from 1st May – 31st August, the workload may be heavier, and overtime may be required. Overtime is compensated as time off in lieu.
Work Location: This position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, with the possibility of hybrid working depending on the role.
